Views from the Highway

Being a passenger on the highway is a great chance to get some good shots and views of the open scenic landscapes. I don't think my photography would work as well if I were driving, or I just don't get anywhere because I want to stop and get out for some shots like this. I enjoy seeing the way the roads wind into the landscapes. Its alos neat to see suprises like little ponds or distant mountains that seem to pop up out of the horizon. As long as I have my camera I am never bored on the road and I was always the type who could stare out the window forever on long road trips so now this is actually something to do!
