Star Wars Lego Minifigure Macro Darth Vader

I recently had shoulder surgery a few months ago and haven't picked up my camera since last fall. This was my first little photo shoot since then and also my first shoot with a new tripod. I think things went pretty well; I tested a few different types of focus for these, from manual to auto. Mr. Vader didn't seem to mind and was game for any pose, although he can be a little stiff sometimes. I use a pair of small LED banks for lighting, which I can adjust and try different techniques with. It felt good to back at it with a decent amount of time on my hands until I go back to work. I'm looking forward to doing more.
