Sons of Fenrir Viking Reenactment Group

The Sons of Fenrir are a Viking reenactment group, sharing the history of these Nordic people as well as demonstrating their fighting and battle techniques. They were at a few Calgary Comic Expos set outside with their tents and wares. They would perform several times a day for anyone who wanted to watch them. As they staged their mock fights, they would talk about what was happening, how certain weapons would be used, what types of techniques were common, and offer many different historical tidbits of information. I found them to be very entertaining and also a great chance to get some interesting photography.
