Monomad: Young Deer at the Calgary Zoo

This young deer looks like it is living a nice, calm life at the zoo, with no predators to worry about and an abundance of food. Plenty of peers around to hang out with. We can never know for sure, but I have heard that they do quite well here, and it's known that they can live significantly longer at the zoo. Access to health care, water, and regular food with less stress is a large contributor to their well-being.
