Monomad: Skyscrapers Calgary Downtown

Finding buildings to shoot and wondering what they will look like later in black and white is something I enjoy trying to picture in my mind's eye as I take the shot. More often than not, it's the crisp lines and details that compel me to want to get more depth out of an image by converting to monochrome. It could be concrete, it could be glass, it might even be the asphalt, but they all help me visualize things without color and give me an idea of whether I want more depth out of a shot, which monochrome does quite well at.
