Monomad: Robin Perched on a Railing

It's nice to be able to get great close-ups of birds like this without having to leave my house. It doesn't happen all the time, but occasionally I will get a visitor and if I can get my camera and lens positioned in time without making to much of a racket, then I can get a bit closer than I might usually be able to. It comes down to making sure this bird doesnt notice me at all so I can get the shots I want while also giving the bird some time. without startling it.
