Monomad: Calgary Comic Expo Parade of Wonders 2024

My favorite day of the year has come and gone: the Calgary Comic Expo Parade of Wonders! I decided to have some of my edits saved for the purpose of monochrome this time, so this is the first time these particular shots are being posted anywhere. The parade went down without a hitch, and even with a chill in the air, everyone looked to be in good spirits.

I saw some very unique and some extremely well done cosplay this year and keeping up with this parade always takes a lot of energy, so I feel like spending my time getting into better shape and attempting to eat healthier helped make this time a less daunting challenge. Usually, as the parade passes me by, I will decide to run up a block or two and try to see if I can catch it again. This year, that strategy worked well, as I was able to find a spot that was obstruction-free. I have to many images to count, so I will likely have much more to post coming soon!
