Male Mallard Soaking Up The Sun

The sun was beating down, and I could imagine this mallard was feeling it. He walked along the shore for a bit, occasionally digging into his feathers. It edged closer to the water, and I remember really feeling the heat and kind of wishing I could get some relief in the water. It was a moment later when this amllard did just that and effortlessly entered the water to go for a long float.
