Downtown Calgary

It's been a while since I could really go out much with my camera. I had major shoulder surgery in November and had been working with a torn rotator cuff for the past 2 years or so. Now my recovery is going well; just as winter is ending and the temps are good, I just had to go and explore again. I enjoy looking at architecture, and downtown Calgary is one place that has a decent variety while also always being under construction. It's an interesting mix of new and old, super modern and some cultural as well, with Chinatown being on one side of downtown while glass towers mingle with older sandstone facades.
