Black-capped Chickadee
A very fun and curious bird, at least whenever I've seen them. I like when I can encounter them in the forest, and seeing a lone one perched like this was a great opportunity, as I will often see them bouncing around from branch to branch, which can make it hard to get a sharp image or two. I like that this one found the tiniest little branch as well; no surface is too small to cling to.

What incredible photographs, @mmckinneyphoto13! I can only imagine how difficult it is to focus on these little birds; they are always on the move and the composition on that tiny branch is perfect. You really are a great photographer, may God bless your talent
pretty. is that like a wood pecker?
I think that if you really want it, one day you’ll have it – perhaps even better than you imagined. Hahaha... What a beautiful bird.
