Día de Gimnasio con mi mejor amiga

Hola nuevamente amigos de hive , me complace estar una vez más por esta linda comunidad , espero se encuentren todos muy muy bien el día de hoy y que hayan tenido una gran semana .

Ayer tuve la oportunidad luego de varios intentos fallidos anteriormente de ir al gimnasio 🏋️ con una de mis más grandes y apreciadas amigas a hacer un poco de ejercicio ( debo admitir que no es mi fuerte y que prácticamente nunca voy al gimnasio pero era un gran momento para pasarlo junto a mi amiga ) .

Fuimos a un gimnasio al que a ella le habían recomendado e hicimos ejercicios de miembro inferior y superior , una hora de cada uno y un poco de cardio en la caminadora .

Sudamos la gota gorda jajajaja pero la pasamos chévere entre amiga y conversamos un poco mientras hacíamos ejercicio
. Creo que es un buen plan para hacer entre amigos y así animarse a intentar dejar la vida sedentaria .

Gym day with my best friend

Hello again friends of hive , I am pleased to be once again in this nice community , I hope you are all very very well today and that you had a great week .

Yesterday I had the opportunity after several failed attempts before to go to the gym 🏋️ with one of my biggest and dearest friends to do some exercise ( I must admit that it is not my forte and I practically never go to the gym but it was a great moment to spend it with my friend ) .

We went to a gym she had been recommended to and did upper and lower limb exercises, an hour of each and some cardio on the treadmill.

We sweated it out hahahaha but we had a great time with our friends and chatted a bit while we worked out.
