Got Eggs?

Hello dear #foodiesbeehive, #foodies and #cooking friends!

Today I bring you an old and simple dish. Eggs with mustard sauce! If no meat or fish is in the house.

Heute habe ich Euch ein altes und einfaches Gericht mitgebracht. Eier mit Senfsosse! Falls kein Fleisch oder Fisch im Haus ist.

For the mustard sauce: melt butter, add flour, then mustard and a teaspoon of vinegar, then add vegetable broth, a little cream and milk. Add salt and sugar. Done! Potatoes and eggs cooked and you have a quick, cheap and tasty meal.

Für die Senfsoße: Butter zerlassen, Mehl hinzugeben, dann Senf und einen TL Essig, dann Gemüsebrühe, etwas Sahne und Milch dazugeben. Noch Salz und Zucker dazu geben . Fertig! Kartoffeln und Eier gekocht und schon hat man eine schnelle, günstige und leckere Mahlzeit.
