Iniciativa: Mis hábitos para un día feliz 😊😊 (ESP/ENG)

Un saludo especial para mis amigos de hive, esta es la primera vez que voy a publicar en esta comunidad ,me encontré con esta iniciativa propuesta por @eudemo, que nos invitan a reflexionar sobre, los hábitos diarios que nos dan la felicidad y quise participar.

A special greeting to my friends of hive, this is the first time I will post in this community, I came across this initiative proposed by @eudemo, who invite us to reflect on the daily habits that give us happiness and I wanted to participate.

La felicidad es el estado de emoción de cada persona.las persona que son felices se refleja en su interior de gozo, alegría ,bienestar con muchas metas cumplidas,son personas positivas no tienen miedo de enfrentar la vida sér feliz es algo de cada persona ,al contrario de las personas que no son felices,no logran muchas cosas en su vida,son personas frustradas.

The person who is happy is reflected in his interior of joy, happiness, well being with many goals accomplished, are positive people are not afraid to face life being happy is something of each person, unlike people who are not happy, do not achieve many things in your life, are frustrated people.

Orar por la mañana:

Praying in the morning:

Comienzo mi día en oración agradeciéndole a Dios por todas las cosas en mi vida , por despertar un día más ,para disfrutar junto a mi hijo menor y el mayor que se encuentra lejos de mí en otro país, familia y amigos,orando por mi familia, hermanos y amigos por su salud , bienestar y necesidades ,eso me ayuda a recibir la bendición en mi día a día, eso me da fuerza, ánimo y felicidad.

I start my day in prayer thanking God for all the things in my life, for waking up one more day, to enjoy with my youngest son and the eldest who is far away from me in another country, family and friends, praying for my family, brothers and friends for their health, welfare and needs, that helps me to receive the blessing in my day to day, that gives me strength, courage and happiness.

Bañarme , desayunar y tomar café:

Bathe, have breakfast and coffee:

Después, me cepillo los dientes,me doy un baño me perfumo y me visto ,preparo el desayuno para mi hijo que se va a trabajar muy temprano en la mañana y hago mi buen café y cuando tengo leche le hago un cortadito,me siento a disfrutar,pasan amigos y familiares, el café es un estimulante para mí ,no puede faltarme,es lo primero que tomo antes de desayunar ,hago varias veces al día,me gusta mucho.

Then, I brush my teeth, I take a bath, I perfume myself and get dressed, I prepare breakfast for my son who goes to work very early in the morning and I make my good coffee and when I have milk I make him a cortadito, I sit down to enjoy, friends and relatives pass by, coffee is a stimulant for me, I cannot miss it, it is the first thing I drink before breakfast, I do it several times a day, I like it a lot.

Me gusta oír música,me relaja , me da ánimo, felicidad y gozo, pongo mi laptop y la conectó a mi televisor, me pongo a cantar aunque no soy muy buena,pero me siento muy bien,bailo ,hago mis ejercicios y cuando voy a limpiar lo hago más a gusto y la vida es más alegre, mi cantante favorito es Alexander Pires y Romero Santo, aunque , también me gusta muchos cantantes de otras épocas y la música movida.

I like to listen to music, It relaxes me anda brings me happiness and joy, I put my laptop and connect it to my TV, I start to sing although I am not very good, but I feel very good, I dance, I do my exercises and when I go to clean I do it more at ease and life is more cheerful, my favorite singer is Alexander Pires and Romero Santo, although, I also like many singers from other times and the music moved.

Todas las tardes juego ajedrez con mi niño,mi sobrina y un muchacho del barrio y también con mi niño en E.U juego en línea y con muchas personas que esten activos. Soy una persona que me gusta mucho los desafíos ,no me gusta perder y por las noches jugamos dominó, nos divertidos mucho. Veo series , ahora la que tengo es el Señor de los cielos a muchas personas le gusta , novelas turcas.

Every afternoon I play chess with my boy, my niece and a boy from the neighborhood and also with my boy in the U.S. I play online and with many people who are active. I am a person who likes challenges, I don't like to lose and in the evenings we play dominoes, we have a lot of fun. I watch series, now the one I have is the Lord of the heavens many people like, Turkish novels

En fin, creo que cada cual tiene su propia percepción de qué es la felicidad y cómo alcanzarla. Lo importante es seguir haciendo esas cosas que nos hacen más felices y que se convierten en nuestros hábitos diarios. Me alegra haberles podido compartir los míos, los cuales hacen mi día un poco más feliz y también he disfrutado leyendo otras publicaciones de la iniciativa.

Por último, me gustaría invitar a @wendy23 a participar en la iniciativa, estoy segura que le va a gustar.

Anyway, I think everyone has their own perception of what happiness is and how to achieve it. The important thing is to keep doing those things that make us happier and become our daily habits. I am glad I was able to share mine, which make my day a little happier and I have also enjoyed reading other publications of the initiative.
