Día en el gimnasio (Esp/Eng)

Hola a esta bella comunidad, es mi primer post aquí , espero que todos estén bien, quisiera mostrarles algunas fotos del gimnasio donde me gusta hacer mis ejercicios.
Me gusta mucho hacer ejercicios porque es saludable, pero no me gusta ir al gimnasio sola, entonces decidí ir con mi niño y la esposa de mi sobrino que van por la tarde porque ellos trabajan.
Los ejercicios son muy buenos para la salud y me ayudan para mantenerme saludable, activa y me mejora la circulación y me ayudan a bajar de peso, me fortalece los músculos ,puedo dormir mejor ,me reduce la presión arterial. Cuando no puedo ir los hago en mi casa ,eso es algo muy importante en mi vida y me ha ayudado mucho a mejorar mi salud.

Hello to this beautiful community, this is my first post here , I hope everyone is well, I would like to show you some pictures of the gym where I like to do my exercises.
I really like to do exercises because it is healthy, but I don't like to go to the gym alone, so I decided to go with my child and my nephew's wife who go in the afternoon because they work.
Exercises are very good for my health and help me to stay healthy, active and improve my circulation and help me to lose weight, strengthen my muscles, sleep better, lower my blood pressure. When I can't go I do them at home ,that is something very important in my life and it has helped me a lot to improve my health.
