They say that shopping is like therapy for women, which should be taken from time to time. And I wonder... if I go shopping and I don't know what I am actually treating, i.e. what I am taking therapy for, does that still apply? Maybe if I combine this shopping with a walk, then it is justified. 😁

The first stop on this shopping walk was my favourite park, Jardín de la Música (the Garden of Music). With the piano music of Chopin, which was heard today from small speakers hidden in different corners all over the park, my feet walked in this rhythm.

The running shoes I am wearing had their world premiere on my feet today. I don't want to say which store they came from, so as not to sound like an advertisement, but I already had similar ones, of different colours. They are more than ok, very comfortable, and last just as long as some other trainers from better-known brands. The price was also quite affordable, and I liked the combination of the white and purple, which is why I chose this design.

It was fun to make this photo. Fashion shoe modelling 😂, showcasing the trainers that I bought yesterday for our walks. However, I needed new sandals too (the old ones are already in a bad shape) to wear with some summer dresses, so that is why my shopping walk happened this morning.

After leaving this park, I arrived at the street with several shoe shops. The thing here is that many businesses and shops close in the second half of August to take a break. It is warm in the city so the owners take a vacation in this month. Luckily, there were still those who were open.

I don't usually wear shoes with thick platforms, but they seem to be a hit this summer. Many of those were immediately rejected in my mind because of the thick soles, so just these few were interesting for me, even though in the end I chose the sandals you see in the next image. They were on sale; I got them for a good price. Their sole is not very thick, but not thin either, so it is just between.

Well, the part of the walk that involved going into stores and choosing shoes ended. With the new sandals in my cloth bag, I passed by a square that had a lot of greenery. And a lion!!

I didn't see any domestic cats on today's walk, just this big kitty. How calm he was, fortunately for me. 😁

However, if he decided to chase me, I could try to run in my new trainers, a perfect occasion to see if they are comfortable and light to that extent to escape from the claws of this creature. I suppose my GIF would show quicker steps, not those slow ones from the beginning of this Wednesday Walk. 🏃‍♀
