A Night of Elegance: Glitz and Glam

Hello dear hivers! Wazzup? It’s been a long time since my last update to you all. I got caught up with endless school activities! But I’m back with another blog, and today, I want to share how magical our Graduation Ball was. From the elegant outfits, amazingly decorated venues, everything just looked so amazing. It was an amazing night that every moment was worth remembering. Everyone enjoyed the entire event. And I'm so excited also to share it with you all.

Of course, no matter what the event is, picture opportunity will always be a must! Before the program even started, students and teachers took their time to take pictures of the venue area and together with their friends as well. Everyone was having their different poses flexing their elegant and glamorous outfits. They are so excited to capture memories from this extraordinary event. Later on, the event officially started on time, as everyone arrives already.

We started the event with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by a solemn prayer and a nationalistic song. It was a moment of unity, setting the tone for a meaningful celebration. After that, we proceeded with the preliminaries, where our school head warmly welcomed the guests, making everyone feel honored to be part of this special night. Then, our Barangay Captain delivered the welcome remarks, expressing gratitude and best wishes for all the graduates. The evening officially began with an air of excitement and pride!

For the opening salvo, the teachers surprised everyone with a dance number! We volunteered to perform a remix of ballroom dance, bringing elegance and fun to the stage. The students and guests couldn’t help but cheer loudly, especially for their favorite teachers. The event area was filled with cheering, clapping and enjoying the performance.

Next, right after with the presentation of the teachers, students also prepared a dance number. It is also a mixed of ball room dances. They danced Samba, Rumba, Cha-cha and Jive. They danced very gracefully with confidence and enthusiasm. Surely, students wouldn't want to be left behind. 😂 The students gave their all. Since this dance number is only selected students, others are just so happy cheering their classmates.

After all the dance performances, we finally started dinner. The food was served by table, ensuring everything was organized. But before lining up, we took the chance to snap some photos at the front for remembrance. Everyone was all smiles, capturing memories of this glamorous night. It was a perfect moment to take a pose with friends and teachers before enjoying the delicious dishes. The event was just so perfect, well organized.

After dinner, we continue the event by proceeding to the highlight of the event—the students' Cotillion Dance! Everyone was excited, since it's their time to dance with their partners and crushes. The moment they enter the dance floor, you can really see the excitement and happiness on their faces. Everyone was so energetic to dance. As the music played, they gracefully moved across the floor.

After the Cotillion, the students were given a chance to dance with their loved ones, crushes, and even their teachers as a sign of gratitude. There was no escape for me either—my younger brother asked me to dance! At first, I was surprised, but deep inside, I felt happy knowing he took the courage to ask me. We’re not really the sweet type as siblings, since I usually just get high blood with him. 😂 But at that moment, it was truly special and heartwarming!

Here comes the last and most awaited part—the DISCO! 😂 Everyone was beyond excited to hit the dance floor and let loose. The energy was incredible as students rushed to dance, showing off their best moves. But of course, it was all about dancing! We strictly prohibited hard drinks—a big NO-NO for the night.

The ever-supportive husbands! While we we're so busy having our time on the dancefloor, our husbands just enjoying looking at us. They are just so happy watching from afar. They didn't even bother to join us, since this is our activity. They are just there, watching and enjoying themselves as well.
