It looks too good 👍 We had something similar a few days ago, but we made lentil pancakes. Without using flour, you know gluten-free is trending 😂

Gluten problems are severe. I know this because a friend's family had to give in to this diet for their elder son completely.
Otherwise, lentils make it an even higher protein bomb :)
