En camino a Playa La Boca	On the way to La Boca Beach

Saludos y muy buenas tardes amigos de Hive, les mando un gran saludo a todos los miembros de esta linda Comunidad. 🤗 Hoy quiero compartirles la linda experiencia que tuvimos mi pareja y yo conociendo 2 playas, las cuales nunca habíamos escuchado de ellas anteriormente.

Greetings and good afternoon friends of Hive, I send a big greeting to all the members of this beautiful Community. 🤗 Today I want to share with you the nice experience that my partner and I had getting to know 2 beaches, which we had never heard of them before.

Luego de culminar nuestro día en la Bahía de Cata, el señor Pedro (Taxista que se ofreció para nuestro traslado de ida y de vuelta), nos preguntó de dónde éramos Gabo y yo, a lo que respondimos ambos que somos de la ciudad de Maracay. Íbamos conversando con el señor Pedro en todo el camino, y luego nos preguntó si de casualidad conocíamos "Playa La Boca". Realmente no se me hacía conocido el nombre y yo respondí primero diciendo que no, luego Gabo le respondió lo mismo. El señor Pedro pareció un poco extrañado, pero se ofreció a llevarnos para que Gabo y yo la conociéramos.

After finishing our day in Cata Bay, Mr. Pedro (the cab driver who offered to take us there and back), asked us where Gabo and I were from, to which we both answered that we were from the city of Maracay. We were chatting with Mr. Pedro all the way, and then he asked us if by any chance we knew "Playa La Boca". I didn't really know the name and I answered first saying no, then Gabo answered the same. Mr. Pedro seemed a bit surprised, but offered to take us to meet Gabo and me.

Pude capturar varias fotos mientras íbamos en la moto pero, debo admitir que fue un poco rudo jajaja, ya que, en realidad iba grabando y se me complicaba capturar cualquier foto en un momento específico. Pasamos primero por un pueblo, en donde se encontraban varias casas y negocios de comerciantes, aún habían personas en la calle comprando e incluso pescando. Subimos por lo que parecía un puente pero el señor Pedro nos aclaró la duda incluso antes que nosotros le preguntáramos algo. Resulta que por ese puente por donde estábamos pasando, nos llevaba al muelle en donde se encontraba la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana.

I was able to capture several photos while we were on the bike but, I must admit that it was a little rough hahaha, since, I was actually recording and it was complicated to capture any photo at a specific time. We first passed through a village, where there were several houses and businesses of merchants, there were still people on the street shopping and even fishing. We went up what looked like a bridge but Mr. Pedro cleared up the doubt even before we asked him something. It turns out that the bridge we were crossing led us to the dock where the Bolivarian National Guard was located.

El señor Pedro fue muy atento con nosotros en contarnos algunos detalles del lugar. Nos mencionó principalmente que, a esa playa no pasa todo el mundo, sino los que tengan el permiso de la Guardia. Aparte, nos dijo que en esa playa se podía conseguir oro, ya que, la mayoría de los pescadores, aparte de pescar peces, pasaban horas buscando y buscando oro. Gabo y yo nos impresionamos un poco con la información pero nos alegró que el señor Pedro nos contara esas cosas y nos llevara a tal sitio.

Mr. Pedro was very attentive to tell us some details about the place. He mainly mentioned that not everyone goes to that beach, only those who have a permit from the Guardia. He also told us that gold could be found on that beach, since most of the fishermen, apart from catching fish, spent hours searching and searching for gold. Gabo and I were a bit impressed with the information but we were glad that Mr. Pedro told us such things and took us to such a place.

Gabo y yo empezamos a tomar fotos mientras el señor Pedro seguía contándonos más cositas. Aunque también debo admitir que hubo un momento en el que no le presté mucha atención por lo boba que me quedé viendo el paisaje. Me pareció una de las cosas más hermosas que haya visto en ese fin de semana, sinceramente no podía apartar mi vista de la unión entre el cielo y el mar, y tampoco podía dejar de tomar fotos. Tomé muchísimas y tal vez algunas se vean similares, pero por mínimos detalles, son diferentes.

Gabo and I started taking pictures while Mr. Pedro kept telling us more tidbits. Although I must admit that there was a moment when I didn't pay much attention to it because of how silly I was looking at the landscape. I thought it was one of the most beautiful things I had seen that weekend, I honestly couldn't take my eyes off the union between the sky and the sea, and I couldn't stop taking pictures either. I took a lot of pictures and maybe some of them look similar, but because of the smallest details, they are different.

Luego de tantas fotos, el señor Pedro se ofreció nuevamente a llevarnos a conocer otra playa. Gabo y yo nos miramos aguantando una pequeña risa pero de emoción jajaja, ya que eso nos ayudaba para seguir compartiendo con ustedes nuestras experiencias. Nos montamos en la moto y seguimos nuestro camino con el señor Pedro. No dudamos de el en ningún momento, nos brindó mucha confianza desde que se ofreció a llevarnos a la Bahía de Cata, e igualmente, nos dimos cuenta que las playas no quedaban tan lejos de El Playón, que era donde nos estábamos hospedando.

After so many pictures, Mr. Pedro offered again to take us to another beach. Gabo and I looked at each other holding a little laugh but of emotion hahaha, since that helped us to continue sharing with you our experiences. We got on the bike and continued on our way with Mr. Pedro. We did not doubt him at any time, he gave us a lot of confidence since he offered to take us to Cata Bay, and also, we realized that the beaches were not so far from El Playón, where we were staying.

Esa otra playa se llama Playa La Punta, a Gabo y a mi nos gustó mucho, aunque el señor Pedro nos mencionó que no es una playa apta para bañarse sino únicamente para surfistas. Al llegar, noté a un chico que estaba surfeando, cayó al agua y luego salió con su tabla. Pude capturarlo al momento de salir con el mar al fondo. Al verlo, me hizo recordar lo mucho que he querido aprender a surfear, pero a la vez me da miedo, ya que pienso que, para aprender a surfear, primero debo aprender a nadar JAJAJA. Luego de haber tomado algunas fotos, notamos que había un letrero con el nombre del país "Venezuela" hecho de madera, entonces aproveché y le dije a Gabo que me tomara unas fotos y yo a él, antes que oscureciera más. El señor Pedro nos tomó una foto juntos a mi y a Gabo junto al cartel. Me agradó muchísimo su amabilidad y disponibilidad para tomarnos fotos, en algunas ocasiones sin que se lo pidiéramos. Luego de culminar con las fotos, el señor Pedro nos llevó al malecón, ya que le notificamos que debíamos encontrarnos con mi suegra.

That other beach is called Playa La Punta, Gabo and I liked it a lot, although Mr. Pedro mentioned to us that it is not a beach suitable for swimming but only for surfers. When I arrived, I noticed a guy who was surfing, he fell into the water and then came out with his board. I was able to capture him as he came out with the ocean in the background. Seeing him, it made me remember how much I have wanted to learn how to surf, but at the same time it scares me, since I think that in order to learn how to surf, I must first learn how to swim HAHAHAHA. After taking some pictures, we noticed that there was a sign with the name of the country "Venezuela" made of wood, so I took the opportunity and told Gabo to take some pictures of me and me of him, before it got darker. Mr. Pedro took a picture of me and Gabo together next to the sign. I was very pleased with his kindness and willingness to take pictures of us, sometimes without being asked. After the pictures were taken, Mr. Pedro took us to the malecon, as we notified him that we had to meet my mother-in-law.

Una vez que nos encontramos con mi suegra y los otros miembros de la familia de ella, nos despedimos del señor Pedro y le agradecimos por toda su amabilidad y disponibilidad. Gabo y yo nos quedamos con su número telefónico y rogamos nunca se le dañe su teléfono para que en otra oportunidad, volvamos a contar con él. 🤗

Once we met with my mother-in-law and the other members of her family, we said goodbye to Mr. Pedro and thanked him for all his kindness and availability. Gabo and I kept his phone number and prayed his phone would never be damaged so that in another opportunity, we could count on him again. 🤗

Gabo y yo nos dirigimos hacia el muelle en donde se encuentran unas rocas super super grandes, en donde las personas suelen ir a tomarse fotos con el mar al fondo y también sacar fotos del amanecer/atardecer. Como Gabo y yo somos amantes de los atardeceres (Yo más que él), no dudé en pedirle que nos sacáramos unas fotos, y también algunas del mar y atardecer. Luego de eso, regresamos a donde estaban mi suegra, su sobrina junto a su esposo e hija, en ese momento, nos dimos cuenta que la luna estaba super grande y hermosa, la hija de la sobrina de mi suegra (Yeimar), se ofreció a tomarnos unas fotos a mi y a Gabo y que se viera la luna a nuestras espaldas. Yo después de eso, aproveché de tomarle a la luna también para compartirla por acá. 😊

Gabo and I headed to the pier where there are some super big rocks, where people usually go to take pictures with the sea in the background and also take pictures of the sunrise/sunset. As Gabo and I are both sunset lovers (me more than him), I didn't hesitate to ask him to take some pictures of us, and also some pictures of the sea and sunset. After that, we went back to where my mother-in-law, her niece and her husband and daughter were, at that moment, we realized that the moon was super big and beautiful, the daughter of my mother-in-law's niece (Yeimar), offered to take some pictures of me and Gabo and that the moon could be seen behind our backs. After that, I took the opportunity to take some pictures of the moon to share it here. 😊

El señor Pedro fue muy gentíl, atento y servicial con nosotros en todo momento, gracias a él tenemos muchas fotos hermosas que probablemente no hubieramos podido tomar sin su compañía y traslado.

Me gustaron mucho las vista hermosas que logramos fotografiar en ambos sitios que él señor Pedro nos llevó, tanto la zona en vía hacia el muelle de la Guardia, en La Boca y las demás fotografías que se realizaron en La Punta. 🙏🏻

Las fotografías del atardecer estaban muy hermosas mi vida, jejeje me llamó la atención, como siempre tomándome fotitos desprevenido 👀❤
