Shadow Hunter/ SMASh Contest Round #329 - Shadows as natural informations about shape
A new week and yet another shadow-hunting episode.
This time I tried to hunt the shadows when the Sunray in the morning peeks through the opening in between the two leafs of a Wooden door, it is an old door and the hinges have also become old, making sound and not shutting properly leaving some gap between the two leafs.
The angle of light and the object are the most important things to hunt beautiful shadows. Morning and evening times are generally good for hunting shadows.
Sunrays in the morning are golden rays. And looks beautiful.
You can see sun rays trying to explode through the gap and casting shadows on the floor.
It's a double-leafed door. It has become old and due to incessant rainfall, it has absorbed some moisture, as a result not shutting properly, even the door frame has warped a bit.
Actually, this part looks like a Sunbeam, because the rays manage to sneak in through that gap and make a sharp imprint on the floor.
This one is a window with a curtain covering half of its size. The bottom half remains uncovered as a result Sunrays pass through it.
This is almost an open window (partially studded with MS round bars). The round MS bars cast nice shadows upon the wall while the Sunrays hit the object(Window).
I am interacting more with the physical environment because I am venturing into photography, shadow hunting, etc these days and it's all fun. These task-based prompts are bridging the physical world and screen time.
In the world of Physics, Shadow hunting makes us realize about the different shapes of the objects surrounding us including Human beings. So keep on hunting Shadows every week at least once, after all, it's rewarding......😀😀😀
Thank you.
