Walking tour of the historical city : Pavia, Lombardia, Italy.

Hello everyone, today I will take everyone to visit the city of Pavia, another interesting city in Italy. It is a city and municipality in the southwest of the Lombardia region in northern Italy, about 35 Km. from Milan. The city originated as a Roman settlement from 568 to 744, becoming the capital of the Lombard Kingdom. It was destroyed in the 5th century and fell under the rule of theViscon family around 1359 and became an important city-state in Italy.
The charm of Pavia is still the same old classic style, with narrow alleys and old churches and elegant houses. It is surrounded by the Ticino River. The city is famous for its various agricultural products such as rice, wine, grains and dairy products.
We rode our motorcycles to Pavia, not far from our house. When we arrived, we parked the car near the monument and then we walked around the city. This place is grand and lively. There are many tourists walking around, but it is not too crowded. We can still see the beautiful scenery of the city very well.
We walked to various alleys and walked into a famous university. In the city of Pavia, it is ranked 306th best university in the world. It is a university that has been established for a long time. It was founded in 1361 and was recognized in 2022 as one of the top 10 universities in Italy. The buildings are still usable. It looks old and classic.
As I said, this city still has beautiful houses and houses of the old masters. The grandeur of each place is still there. It may look old, but it still maintains the beautiful grandeur of the Roman style.
It looks classic as well. Everything looks stylish. We walked to the center and took pictures of that area. The atmosphere is very good. It is not too hot or cold. You can walk around.
This city is big and lively because it hosts events all the time, such as festivals, exhibitions, concerts and is a venue for many sports competitions. The boat race on the Ticino River that just passed was a great event because it was the longest boat race in the world on this river.
We walked across the bridge to the other side. This bridge is large. There are cars passing by and people walking across the bridge on both sides. This bridge is beautiful.
We stayed here for about 2 hours. We spent time walking around the city of Pavia. Without getting tired at all because everything is beautiful and feels safe, making it enjoyable all the time and this is another beautiful place in Italy, I hope everyone likes my photos and posts, thank you for all the following, have a nice day.
