Walked around before the rains day 🌼☀️

Hi everyone! The sun is out again today, but tomorrow the weather forecast predicts rain. It's still very cold these days, around 2 degrees Celsius, but in the afternoon it drops to around 10 degrees – still chilly. The cold weather has been like this for a while. As I said, I feel especially happy on sunny days.

And today, as usual, I went for a walk to exercise before going to the gym. Just breathing in the fresh air and the sunshine gives me energy every day. I'm so happy on sunny days; on cloudy days I feel a little sad. Today I walked about two kilometers. It wasn't my usual route, but I took a different path along the way, so the views were a bit different.


But there was a path I took through the fields, and along the way I wondered if I was really just going to walk this far, because it was sunny today. I should walk more, I should get more sunlight. So I decided to walk straight up the hill. My thought at that moment was that I wanted to touch the earth with my feet, even though it was cold. I wanted to try it for about 5 minutes.

I decided to take off my shoes and socks and let my feet touch the rubber ground. It was a feeling of urgency because in the past few days I've felt mentally unstable and stressed. So I wanted to try a natural remedy, letting my feet touch the earth to release electrolytes in my body and prevent my skin from drying out too much. I don't know, I was just following others, but it felt good.



While my feet were on the ground, I looked at the view in front of me. It was a view I see often these days – the snow-covered mountains that are still beautiful on a clear day. It feels like this year they are especially clear and there's more snow than in previous years.


The atmosphere was simple and peaceful. I stood there for about five to ten minutes, taking pictures, admiring the view, and then walking around. I decided to walk back down because I wanted to exercise at home in the gym, but if it's sunny, I like to get some sunlight first before exercising.

This is another part of my daily routine. On days like this, when I'm happy and joyful, my face looks radiant and cheerful. These are pictures of the atmosphere during my walk.
