Hi everyone! I've been a bit absent lately due to some stressful things. Today, I just wanted to share my daily routine. Lately, I've been mostly exercising, and when I have free time, I bake some treats. These are whole grain cookies that I made the other day and really liked – they're healthy and delicious – so I made more for snacking or as a light breakfast before my workout.

Some days I skip breakfast, just having black coffee. Actually, I don't wake up very early; I usually wake up late and have coffee. On days I don't eat dinner, I just have coffee and skip breakfast, then go exercise.

I spend about one to two hours at the gym, but I don't exercise continuously. Sometimes I relax at home, feeling a bit bored lately and not knowing what to do, especially with the weather changing so frequently. But spring is almost here, and I'm so excited about it!

I love this season the most because the weather is great and the atmosphere is filled with blooming flowers.

After my workout, I usually have lunch quickly, just grabbing whatever's in the fridge. On more challenging days, I might prepare a meal in advance.

This is my seemingly ordinary daily routine. I haven't been very active lately, and I've been a bit out of touch with people, blocking others here and there. I hope everyone hasn't forgotten me. Thank you for saying hello, and I hope you all have a good day.
