My last figs of the season in the garden. 🪴🌱🌤️
Hello everyone, today I'm going to take you all back to collecting figs in the garden. This is the last batch of figs of the season. I must say that figs are incredibly beneficial for the body, but eating too many isn't good for health. Healthy eaters love them. There are a lot of figs in the garden this season, but they were all gone in the first batch. However, there are still figs coming in, and this batch is likely the last because the supply is starting to thin out, so we're trying to collect as many as possible.
When we're not home, there aren't many people picking them. Only the dog is there to eat them. So, whenever I visit the garden, I just collect a few and put them in my little basket. Sometimes I even walk under the fig tree to eat them because they're naturally grown and chemical-free. They're incredibly delicious and sweet. I can eat them with the skin on. I prefer that over waiting for them to ripen.
This is the last batch. Fruit is seasonal, but as the weather gets colder and autumn approaches, there's no more fruit in the garden. I can't imagine that after autumn, winter will come. The weather is quite nice, still cold, but not too hot. I love the atmosphere during this time.
And every now and then, when I'm home, I'll walk into the garden and look around. Of course, I don't forget to pick figs. I really want to pick more, but there are so few. I usually fill up a basket almost every day or every other day, and this is the last batch.
I love picking fruit from the garden because it's chemical-free. That's the atmosphere of picking figs. I'm so happy picking from the garden. I hope you enjoy my posts and photos. Thank you for following and have a great day.
enjoy your freshly picked figs.. it's really nice to grow your own food.. you're sure that everything is fresh and chemical-free..
There something so special about enjoying fresh, chemical free fruits straight from the garden. It must feel so rewarding to collect the last batch of the season.
I just saw figs for the first time. I’m sure they are really delicious. I wish I can taste that someday. I’m happy for you because you have so many harvests without using chemicals.
