My activities today - Daily Blog.

Hello everyone, today I'm here to greet everyone with my daily activities. I wake up late and then I'll find coffee to drink. My coffee is black coffee with lemon. It's good for your health and helps with your digestive system. Then I write a blog. After a while, I go out for a walk. Some days, if the weather is very hot, I won't walk, but today, the weather is quite good, not too hot, plus I didn't walk in the morning, so the atmosphere is quite good.
Then I'll walk back. Every day, I walk about two and a half kilometers, about that, to stretch my legs and do some light exercise. After that, I'll go to the gym this evening. I'll go to the gym at my house, which I'll get a medal for each day. Some days I play, some days I play core, some days I do abs, but it rotates.
After going to the gym, I make a book or a smoothie. Then I'll start cooking each day. I don't really control my diet, but I try to focus on building protein. I eat a lot of eggs and meat because I'm exercising to build muscle.
Then I rest, sleep, do some light activities, watch movies, listen to music, play social media, then get up, walk around, or sit in the garden. When I come back, I make dinner. And this is my daily routine. Thank you for following me. Have a nice day.

Lemon in coffee!?! I did that by accident once because the sweet syrup and lemon juice were in similar containers. Is that common!?! Sweet or not sweet? No milk right!?!
