Hello everyone, today I want to introduce you to CUSQUEÑA Dark Lager, a premium beer from Peru. It's brewed using a low-temperature fermentation process. The main ingredients are 100% pure roasted barley and caramel, along with pure mineral water from the Andes Mountains – melted ice from pristine mountain peaks. The low-temperature fermentation gives the beer a smooth, easy-drinking, and clean flavor that isn't heavy on the stomach.

The taste and aroma are intensely dark with a soft and delicate creamy head, resulting in a complex flavor profile with notes of toffee, roasted coffee, and dark chocolate. It has a prominent sweetness but remains easy to drink, typical of a lager.

The alcohol content is 5.6%. Another distinctive feature of this beer is the unique engraved design on the glass bottle, representing Peruvian cultural heritage.

I personally tried this beer while dining at a Peruvian restaurant in Spain. Of course, during the meal, we ordered drinks, and we saw this beer and wanted to try it. At first glance, it resembled Coca-Cola in its dark color and frothy top, with a fragrant aroma.

Upon tasting it, I found it enjoyable due to its sweet and easy-drinking flavor. I really like this flavor. It's similar to roasted coffee-flavored almond toffee, as I mentioned. Because it's sweet and easy to drink, I can drink a lot of it, although it does have a higher alcohol content.

And this CUSQUEÑA Dark Lager is another beer brand that's a good option for those who want to try dark beer but don't like a strong, bitter taste. It's a dark lager that's refreshing, smooth, and has a perfectly balanced aroma. I really like this beer. I hope everyone enjoys my post and photos. Thank you for following. Have a great day! Cheers!
