Let’s make the hot drink for the winner time 🍷🍋🍎🍊 : Vin Brulé / Mulled Wine.

Hi everyone! The weather has been quite chilly lately, so I wanted to share a winter drink recipe with you all. This is a Vin Brulé / Mulled Wine or hot red wine, perfect for cold weather because a warm, comforting drink can help raise your body temperature. Plus, it's a drink you can enjoy after or during meals.

Ingredients
- Apple
- Orange
- Lemon
- Nutmeg (a little grated)
- 2-3 cinnamon sticks
- Juniper berries
- 8-10 cloves
- 4-5 star anise
- 200 grams brown sugar
- Two bottles of red wine
Instructions:
- Peel two oranges and two lemons, using only the zest. Slice one apple thinly. Set aside.


- Combine the brown sugar, all the herbs, star anise, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, and juniper berries. Mix well. - Next, add the prepared orange, lemon, and apple peels.


- Then, open the two bottles of red wine and pour them into a container for boiling.


- Bring everything to a boil for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly to dissolve the brown sugar. Adjust the heat to a normal temperature, not too high or too low.


- The aroma of the spices mixed with the lemon and orange peels will begin to emerge. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it rest.

- It's now ready to serve. It can be enjoyed while hot. The taste is sweet and fragrant with spices. It's a drink that helps raise body temperature, perfect for the winter months.
