A coffee time : Americano at Abades Puerta de Andalucia

Hello everyone, today I'm taking you all for a morning coffee at Abades Puerta de Andalucia, a rest stop in Santa Elena Jaen, Spain. Yesterday, we had a flat tire and needed to find a place to stay nearby. We drove a short distance, less than five minutes, and ended up staying here. While waiting for the mechanic to come and help change the tire, we ended up staying overnight.

We also had to wait for another team of mechanics this morning, so we decided to grab some coffee. This place serves a restaurant and coffee shop similar to a food court, offering a wide selection of food. In addition to food, they also offer snacks to pair with the coffee.

In the morning, we chose Americanos for two and also had some desserts to go with them. The desserts were similar to the usual ones, and they tasted delicious when paired with the coffee.

The Americano coffee here is lighter than espresso, giving us an energy boost for our next activity. So, we chose our energy booth with this type of coffee. Of course, coffee is often a morning drink that helps boost alertness and aids bowel movements in the morning.

Drinking coffee on an empty stomach improves bowel movements. Furthermore, as mentioned, coffee with caffeine helps keep you alert. And this is the main reason I choose coffee. Our coffee is usually unsweetened, except for the barista-made cappuccino. Most of the time, they separate the sugar. The sweetness is high, but the milk is rich and creamy.

No matter what day it starts, we drink coffee every day. The coffee changes depending on our mood. Sometimes, when I'm at home, I make it myself, maybe adding a touch of lemon or coconut oil.
