Hive Wireframe Wallpaper + Animation

I've come to realize just how important proper mesh topology is when modeling in 3D, and I've spent a lot of time lately figuring out how to do it right. In this post I've modeled the Hive Logo with proper mesh topology, and rendered out the wireframes on top of the surfaces to showcase the structure of the meshes.

Feel free to use these graphics for anything (licensing info at the bottom).

cool stuff. looks simple but then when i see all those lines on the edit page for the difference scenes and stuff seems hard :P

hey thanks. There are indeed many hours of work and learning behind these, even if the end product may look simple. I got plans for some (possibly) more impressive stuff soon, but gotta get the basics down first :)
