JCB - PhotoFeed Contest - Black & White Photography Round 161

Today, JCB came to our area and started digging the road in front of my home to replace old water pipelines with new ones. Unfortunately, it hit the electric cable which was installed underground and so the water became electrifying. The worker stopped digging and called electrician from electric office. However, they couldn't able to repair underground cable and so they used the wires that are connected pole to pole above the ground. This was the old system to provide electricity in our area. Recently, the government installed electric cables underground so that the wires above the ground could be removed because the situation becomes dangerous when a cyclone hits the area. As a result, electrician worked throughout the day to provide electricity in our area, but the work of water pipeline was halted. It is now 8:42 pm. here and we don't know whether they will join water pipeline or not. This is my entry for PhotoFeed Contest - Black & White Photography Round 161.
