FULL BODY TRAINING IN THE STADIUM / PHOTO STORY

I don't like gyms because of the air conditioners and closed environment. Training for the French Legion, I developed incredible strength in this particular stadium.

Flipping a tire works the whole body, and it's a lot of fun. I brought Julia here to tighten her body. She liked everything and after the pictures I remembered the good old days.

This is the smallest tire. I tried to move the huge one that years ago I rolled like a rag, but nothing.

This exercise - knees raised high will make the abdominal press truly unique.

I finished her with a plank. Great exercise too!
My personal record is 7 minutes. Don't ask me, I don't know how...

And here, in the terrible sun, I managed to photograph paranomination. It is a photographic technique that makes a moving subject fly at cosmic speed.

HERE IS OUR SAMPLE FULL BODY TIGHTENING PROGRAM:
Cross: 5 laps of the track around the stadium.
Tire flip: 10 reps with 1 minute rest in 2 sets.
High raised knees: 12 repetitions in 3 sets with a minute rest.
Plank: 3 times to failure with 3 minutes rest.
We finish again with a light cross as much as you like.
