FEMALE PORTRAITS IN THE CITY AND IN NATURE / PHOTO STORY

IN THIS STORY I WILL SHOW YOU PHOTOS FROM TWO DIFFERENT NATURAL LIGHT SESSIONS
When I started shooting I did as all portrait photographers do - I set up a studio in my backyard with lots of lights and flashes. For a year I was shooting every day, without even leaving my house. During this period I had the feeling that I was shooting only for money without feeling any pleasure. Gradually, photography turned from a hobby that was a delight to my soul into another job. My wife felt it. One morning while I was waiting a customer told me to stop. Applause for her! Few wives would return their husbands' freedom.
It was very clear to me that it would take time to figure out how to combine my favorite travel photography with winning portraits. I started working in a store 15 night shifts a month to have time for photography. Sophie / the girl from the first photos /, called me while I was working to ask if I could photograph her for a Facebook profile picture the next day. I agreed but asked her to go outside and not to my studio.
So, in the morning we walked the central streets of Sofia in search of interesting backgrounds for our portraits. It's amazing how when we pay more attention to light in urban settings we can position our models as if we were rotating studio lighting. At the end of the session I was scared. This was new to me, and Sophie definitely liked looking good in photos. She took the camera and within 2 seconds I could hear euphoric exclamations resembling a great orgasm. In a word - liked the photos.
I looked on the internet to see if there are photographers who shoot only in the city or nature in natural light. I liked one that does really cool stuff. It was from him that I got the idea to offer my clients a make-up artist and hairdresser. In this way, I almost close the collar. I say almost because there are a few more things needed that I will tell you about tomorrow.
THANKS FOR SHARING THIS STORY!

Great work. The lighting can make a big difference. I dont think you can replicate that in Photoshop.
Thank you! 👋
The light is realistic. In Photoshop, I only make the footage look cinematic.
