BULGARIAN COOKERS: AN IMMORTAL TRADITION OF A DISAPPEARING PEOPLE / PHOTO SESSION

This is a Bulgarian pine made in the yard of Hristo from the village of Elin Pelin. He is a third generation Kuker, keep the Bulgarian traditions in his place.

Each and every part of these costumes is made by the respective person/cooker. Almost always the materials are natural parts of domestic animals looked after by them.

This is Christ with his son. Without a doubt, the little one will grow up with Bulgaria in his heart and will not forget his father's legacy.

These people, without a doubt, protect the Bulgarian. It should. This is fair!
Foreigners watching these sessions think it's Halloween. But this tradition has nothing to do with commercialism. I am sure that there are similar traditions in your country. Respect the people who keep the spirit, because without them only the grayness of the big city remains. A huge thank you to all the villagers doing the impossible to warm our souls.
There is currently a photo contest to National Geographic. I am participating precisely with a photo of babugeri from the village of Cherniche. When they open the voting, I ask for your strong support, and then I will treat you! :)))
WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE VALUABLE?
Well, imagine that no one cares about the national interest. You get up, drink coffee and go to work. You work for someone else and then you go home, get drunk and sleep. Tomorrow the same, and so we spin in this vicious circle all our lives.
These people make the difference!
You look at them and say to yourself - Hey, these are our roots. This is what our mothers and fathers did.
THANKS FOR SHARING THIS STORY!
