Hola queridos amigos de #gems bendecido dia, hoy les hablaré de la berengena morada, es muy deliciosa y nutritiva, los invito a probarlas.

Poseen nombres distintos en cada pais del mundo, pero en venezuela se les llama berengena y se pueden encontrar muchas recetas.

Me gusta probarlas en cremas y guisos picantes, las podemos acompañar con casabe, pan o arepas de maiz.

They have different names in each country of the world, but in Venezuela they are called eggplant and many recipes can be found.

I like to try them in creams and spicy stews, we can accompany them with casabe, bread or corn arepas.

Esta es de forma morada y alargada es de mis preferidas porque se fritan muy bien y no posee mucha agua.

No es facil cultivarlas porque siempre existe un inconveniente con los insectos y hongos que esperan cualquier momento para dañarlas.

This one is purple and elongated and is one of my favorites because they fry very well and do not have much water.

It is not easy to grow them because there is always a problem with insects and fungi waiting for any moment to damage them.

Los gusanos en invierno quieren acabar con las hojas y pajaros se roban la flor y si no actuamos a tiempo la planta no produce nada.

Se debe hacer una forma de riego para que el clima calido no les afecte, con una persona de la casa que se encargue todo esta bien.

In winter, the worms want to destroy the leaves and birds steal the flower and if we do not act in time, the plant does not produce anything.

Las recetas que mas se preparan son guisadas, fritas, en cremas y salsas que dan ese toque especial.
