Julio fue un mes hermoso, para mi la primavera continuaba, los árboles seguían llenos de flores. Ese día me dirigía al gimnasio, empecé a hacer ejercicio después de mucho tiempo.Este mes me propuse centrarme más en mí ,hacer una rutina de ejercicios y a arreglarme más el cabello y las uñas, esto me hace sentir más segura. Todas nos sentimos más seguras cuando nos sentimos guapas, mimarnos es una forma de decirnos a nosotras mismas que somos importantes.

También celebré mi cumpleaños 🎂 Una nueva oportunidad para celebrar la vida y los momentos con mis seres queridos, tomar ese café y ese postre delicioso. La vida pasa rápido y son estos momentos los que permanecerán en nuestra memoria.

Ya ha empezado agosto y este año está pasando volando, al menos a mí me lo parece. Sigo marcándome metas a corto plazo que sean alcanzables, estoy siendo gentil conmigo misma.

Voy sin prisa pero sin pausa y con Plan "B" por si el destino me cambia el rumbo.
