#DIY On how I make yummy Buns for my client

Good day everyone, today am going to show you how I make these yummy buns for my client

  #Recipe for buns

Flour - 500grams
Butter - 50 grams
Sugar - 100 grams
Baking powder - half teaspoon
East - half teaspoon
Salt - a pinch
Flavour - 1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg - 1 teaspoon

Firstly I measure all my indregent in a very clean plastic bowl, then mix with a cold water gradually until it is well mix

After mixing, I also make sure I don't over mix it then I placed my frying pot on the gas, add some vegetables oil, make sure the vegetables oil get hot, then I started frying

Frying was done for about 15min to 20 mins

Looks more like a doughnut to me than a bun however, it certainly looks tasty! I'm not sure you mentioned the strawberry stuff in your ingredients list but strawberry looks like a nice addition.

Last question. I'm writing a blog about food prices and saving money. Could I ask how much baking powder is where you live and how much you charged for the buns?
