A Dutch vineyard

Vineyards as far as the eye could see when I was on holiday in France last month.
In the middle of the Chablis area, it does become clear to you why France is called a wine country.

But once back home in the Netherlands, I was reminded on a walk that some vineyards can be found in the Netherlands too.

Unfortunately, during my walk I did not bring my camera so these photos were taken with my phone.
Even though they were shot with a phone, I am not dissatisfied with them.

But judge for yourself.
Curious about your thoughts.

I will mention the details with each photo.

Sadly, the vineyards here are not as neatly maintained as in France but still worth a photo.

But what is so appealing?
Well I think it is the vines disappearing towards the horizon.
Creating the beautiful lines.

Unfortunately, the thickness of the grapes is also disappointing.
This is mainly due to the very dry summer we have had.

But there is no complaining about the number of grapes.

Only the taste is debatable.
They were very sour and I am more of a sweet tooth.

The blue grapes were more photogenic I thought.

They stood out better among the green leaves.
And gave a nice contrast.

I cannot conclude this photo series without a B&W photo.
Because B&W is my favourite.

Thank you for reading my post.

Neat photos, you simply use what you have lol. I have read that many photographers shoot with phone only, and to the best of my knowledge, the iphone takes way better photos than the Android. I have an Android, and it's okay for what little I know about it.
By the way, the camera I picked up is a Canon EOS 7T, and it's been years since I used one. I still have my old 35mm film camera and the equipment I had but again, it's been over 30 or 40 years since I used one.
Sour grapes are no fun, maybe they didn't get enough water?
Have an excellent week!

In my opinion, it doesn't matter what you use to take pictures.
It all starts with insight and a bit of feeling.
Your camera can be expensive, but if you don't 'see' it, the photos won't turn out the way you want.
And indeed, if I only have my phone in my pocket, I can take a nice picture with it.
Iphone has a good camera but I am jealous of some Samsung models.
I have seen many beautiful pictures taken with just a phone.
OK, most of them have been edited with some kind of app or programme, but there are many talented photographers out there.
And with your new Canon camera, you too will certainly succeed.
Looking forward to your photo post.

Greetings and have a beautiful day.
