Special ceremony _ Monomad daily chalenge

Hello to all my friends in the black and white community. I hope you are all well wherever you are. This is Manti, and I'm back with another photography session and another blog post. Today's photography is related to a traditional ceremony where I was the videographer. At the end, the guests asked me to take some photos of them. After finishing my videography work, I took photos of this couple, with the woman wearing traditional and local attire, alongside her husband. I must admit that I faced some challenges, especially in posing them, as the man and woman were almost the same height, which was a bit bothersome for me in terms of posing. However, I eventually succeeded.

One of the most important principles in posing is that the man should appear a bit more dignified, at least in the genre of photography I work in. The local clothing, which belongs to the Kurds of North Khorasan, is very expensive, and all the garments are handmade, taking a long time to create. During the photography session, I gave the couple three poses and used lighting, as the sunlight was directly behind them. To compensate for the exposure, I used a reflector, which worked very well. It might interest you to know that this couple was my bride and groom a few months ago, and I did their film and photo work. One of the things that is very valuable to me is having loyal and trustworthy customers. Of course, I admit that we sometimes have dissatisfied customers, and we must be open to criticism and take steps towards continuous improvement.

Following that, several more photos were taken, but the one I chose was a group photo of the bride and groom's parents, sister-in-law, and spouse, all in one frame. Since we had a plain behind us, I felt it could make for some beautiful photos, and indeed, nature always greatly helps in capturing better images. It's crucial to use continuous shooting if you're using a high-speed flash, as with a high number of shots, there's a chance of people blinking asynchronously, which would force you into tedious edits and eye replacements.

I am usually a service provider at wedding and celebration events, which is very valuable to me. Thank you all for staying with me until the end of this post. I hope these photos have made you feel good, even for a moment. I wish you all a wonderful day filled with good things. Until next time, farewell.

In summary, this blog post details a photographer's experience capturing a traditional Kurdish ceremony in North Khorasan, highlighting the challenges of posing a same-height couple, the importance of lighting and reflectors, and the value of loyal customers. The photographer also emphasizes the need for continuous shooting to avoid editing issues with blinking, and the joy of serving at celebratory events.
