You couldn't pay me enough!

Not only do I dislike washing any windows, but up there?

No Way!

I read that High Rise Window Cleaner Salary in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is between $42,000 and $53,000 a year. The average hourly wage for a High Rise Window Cleaner in the United States is $23. Even at 5 times that amount I would be keeping my feet on the ground!

I wonder if anyone ever aspires to be a High Rise window cleaner when they grow up? It is supposed to be safe when using the proper equipment, and fatalities are rare.

Everything used by window washers needs to be secured to make sure accidents do not happen. A small, light-weight Item, after falling hundreds of feet, can be deadly to people walking along below.

Cleaning Services recommend having your windows cleaned twice a year. Once in the spring and once in the fall, and more frequently if your building is exposed to salt.

How about you? Would you do this job every day?
Are there other jobs that no one could pay you enough to do?

Yes. I would do it gladly for that salary. If the salary is $42 000 USD per year, then even a few months of work would be enough to earn and save around $3000 USD. I could buy a house for that money in my country (in Hungary). And that money is my yearly pension-like income. Actually even more than that with the increased exchange rate nowadays.

This job is damn risky and I salute those doing it. Such a building is too high and to be on a safer side, there must be quality and great equipment to use in washing the windows, so as to avoid any unexpected accident. I can't do it 😂😂😂

Nope.... not for any amount of pay. I'd eat out of the garbage first....LOL... I know, that sounds gross.

Hey, I prefer to lower the chances of risk by working with my feet firmly on the ground. Just looking at the pictures is awesome, you should have put Nsfw haha.

I am totally scared of heights so wouldnt do that! This is a good reminder we need to clean our windows though, luckily from the ground! lol

I really don't like height and anything related. That amount is very little compared to the risk involved.

Happy weekend

This is a job I could never do.... I get dizzy just standing 5 meters off the ground, let alone doing this job. I think it's one of the jobs where you really need very little fear of heights. I think it's not even a choice to do this job, first of all you have to be predisposed.

Yeah hell NO!

I have mine that do it on mine and the other residential towers around me and they have to do it in freezing, windy wet weather too!

That is crazy!

I worked doing repairs one summer on a grain elevator way up in the air. I would not do it again. For any price, I agree. I was just young and stupid at the time 😊
