Proof of Brain Photo Contest - FRAMING

@friendlymoose has returned from holiday and the POB Photo Contest has been started again!

The subject this week is FRAMING and you can see the RULES HERE

You can frame your photo however you choose, by editing it or by including a frame in your shot.

These are a couple of photos where I felt the frame enhanced the subject.

This dramatic arch served as a frame for this photo of my daughter in law.

This one was taken though a portal in a fence at the Botanical garden. I like the circular frame effect.

The French doors frame and also reflect this image of the flowers being watered.

Isn't it beautiful? It's at the National Cathedral. I need to gather up more photos and do a post about it

I've used it a few times! Would you like me to tag you when I use it? I do hope you create more!

You can tag me if you want, but it's not necessary. I will make more when the creative phase kicks in. 😅

Thanks! I love composing photos. I can see what I want to achieve.... It's making that happen where I often stumble!

it happens to all of us, all those macros are left overs of multiple failed images that hwere slightly out of focus , underlicghted , flash not working , windblowing subjects away etc etc always take multiple shoots and pick the best one to keep when you get home again.

Beautiful framing Melinda. Reflections and framing - double score lol I picture the first one as being at the back of a church...

Oooh, I love this one. Framing a shot is almost as good as leading lines in a photo, hmm, maybe better? Equal? Hahaha - I'll see if I can join this.

Beautiful framings, @melinda010100 . I love the portal! The arch and the reflections (😁) on the doors frame are very nice too. Good luck in the contest!

I can't help but be drawn into the circular one. It almost gives the effect of a portal to a different realm! And the two tree trunks only support that even more! Lovely photographs! Best of luck for the contest!
