National Champion!

Placing 5th in the I Compete Natural, Australian National Bodybuilding Championship was a momentous achievement, a culmination of relentless dedication, unwavering discipline and unyielding passion for the sport I’ve been participating in for over a decade. While I have been training for over a decade, I decided to take the plunge and compete just this year. I still can’t believe I took the plunge and went on stage, something I always wanted to do but never did.
As always I decided to pay for the professional photographer provided on site so I could focus on being the best I could and knew that I would be getting the best shots available on the day and I am glad I did as they have turned out amazingly.
Competing in a national championship is the ultimate dream for any bodybuilder novice and pro alike! and for me, it was a goal I had been pursuing tirelessly. In the months leading up to the competition every aspect of my life revolved around achieving peak physical condition.
I adhered to a meticulously structured diet and training regimen, meticulously counting every calorie and measuring every gram of protein, carbs, and fats. The gym became my second home fortunately I have one in my garage so I didn’t have to go far lol. But I did attend the local gym with the boys also and it’s where I pushed my body to its limits, striving to sculpt every muscle to perfection.
When the moment arrived to strut my stuff on stage, I gave it my all. The spotlight, the audience, the judges it all faded away as I focused on showcasing the rig I had been building for years!. Every pose was executed with precision although I could do with more coaching. Every muscle flexed to perfection. The adrenaline pumping through my veins was exhilarating, and the applause from the crowd was validation of the countless hours of sweat and sacrifice.
I manage to place 5th in my nation and it was an amazing feeling, one I can not wait to do again next year and hopefully eventually go pro!

Taking the 5th place isn't easy but I'm glad you did it!
Making it to the 5th position is a huge milestone. Congratulations 👏 this is a sign that next year you will emerge first position.
Thank you, it was a wonderful Championship and I had a wonderful time
Amazing work. I’ve been lifting weights for about 1 year now.
After putting in 1 year my results were pretty good but it made me realize how much work goes in for people like you. It cannot be done in 1 year it takes a lifetime. I’m hoping to stay consistent and start eating better too. What are your favorite supplements?
