Here is why the good marketing is everything!Double Hazy IPA by Beerbastards!

Hey, beer lovers… how are you? It’s been a while since I last wrote here and participated in the #beersaturday challenge, but here we are!

About two weeks ago I visited a craft beer shop in Asenovgrad, Bulgaria and I picked a beer entirely by looks. I had very limited time available so I said to myself… I will go in and pick the first beer that catches my attention. And here it is!

This beer was a part of a “series” presenting different animals that were chewing bubble gums and making balloons. There was one with Dogs, one with pigs, but the beat looking one, in my opinion, was this one with the guinea pigs.

I’ve never seen something similar, and there was nothing that would catch my attention better than this. Even the beer style wasn’t that important for me… I picked it entirely by label. Of course, I know that beers brewed by Beer bastards are always top notch, but I knew the brewery not before leaving the shop.

Now I am at home and I am ready to try this funny looking beer.

I am always open for a Hazy IPA, and the main disadvantage here is that the good craft IPAs are very expensive which doesn’t fit my budget that well. But once or twice a month is something that I can afford.

So… pour, pour, pour! At first glance, the beer is perfectly representing the style. Hazy body, fine thick foam and orahge hint golden color. Could bot rwally wait to taste this one.

The aroma coming out of the glass is also delicious. Various tropical fruits blend together to form the perfect beer taste. There is no bitterness at all, which forst perfectly in the Hazy IPA (Or NEIPA) beer style.

And still, the guinea pig is keeping an eyebon me. Isnt this a bit creepy? 😁

After all this beer gave me the best possible opporthnity to refresh myself a bit while enjoying the seeety tropocal vibes. And as I mentioned, the inly dosadvantage is that I cannot afford such beers more than twice a month. So, until next time, see tou soon and have a wonderful new week.
