Mulberry.

Today's afternoon was alittle different I was out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and surrounded by technology and looking for some peace inthe lap of nature While walking I suddenly saw a medium sized tree with some small reddish dark purple and light green fruits hanging from its branches When I got closer I realized that this was nothing more than a fruit that we know very well but many have forgotten Mulberry Standing under the tree I reached out and plucked a bunch of ripe mulberries and put them in my mouth Oh what a taste sweet slightly sour and full of vitality When my tongue dries up in the heat of thirst a handful of such fresh mulberries seems to bring new life to my soul Mulberry or Mulberry scientific name Morus alba Morus nigra grows naturally in many places in our country or some people plant it as a hobby It is basically a type of fruit tree whose leaves are also used for raising silkworms but its real beauty is its juicy fruit.

The fruits are initially light green in color then reddish and finally dark purple or black in color Ripe mulberries are quite sweet and have a slightly sour taste Although they are small in size their benefits are extraordinary Mulberries are usually eaten raw You can enjoy their sweet and refreshing juice by putting them in your mouth Some people make jam jelly syrup or dessert with mulberries Many people also eat dried mulberries which are used as a type of healthy dried fruit When you put fresh mulberries in your mouth you first feel a juicy texture like a soft jelly Then comes the sweet taste, which is mixed with a very light sour taste This taste is very natural and much more enjoyable than artificial sugar Mulberries are not only delicious but also full of nutrients They contain vitamin C which increases the body's immunity vitamin K and iron which help in blood formation antioxidants which protect the body's cells and prevent aging and fiber which helps in digestion and relieves constipation.

Mulberry is also beneficial for diabetics because the chemical elements in it help increase the effectiveness of insulin It also controls blood pressure prevents heart disease and is good for the eyes Looking at today's pictures the red-purple mulberry fruits hidden in the fresh green leaves seem to show the beauty and gifts of nature with your finger In the light of the sun the light comes in between the shadows of the leaves of the trees making the fruits brighter and more alive This combination of colors reminds us in a moment how much diversity and beauty is hidden in nature I felt like picking up ripe mulberries with a camera in one hand and eating them Such moments are the real joy of life I am writing this blog to share this joy with everyone Mulberry trees may not come to our attention every day nor do we give much importance to their fruits but once you taste this juicy fruit it is difficult to forget Even in the concrete jungle of the city if you see a mulberry tree somewhere stop and look at the fruits Maybe you will go back to those simple and happy days of childhood.
