Ixora coccinea.

A quiet afternoon The sun was setting in the western sky It spread soft light all around creating a peaceful atmosphere At this time I was walking with my mobile in hand close to nature in a secluded garden That's when I saw a bunch of extraordinarily beautiful flowers which seemed to brighten the afternoon light with their golden color The name of the flower is Yellow Ixora The scientific name is Ixora coccinea It is a yellow species These flowers bloom in clusters on bushy trees The tree is covered with medium-sized dark green leaves all year round However when the yellow flowers bloom on this tree it seems to be a new form The flowers are small four-petaled but clustered in clusters This yellow color is visible from a distance spreading a kind of soft brightness that calms the mind What is seen in the picture at the moment was a complete cluster Some flowers are fully bloomed while some have just bloomed Then the buzz of bees the chirping of birds and the click of my camera Although the smell of this flower is not very strong there is an attractive beauty hidden in its color and structure This yellow irula is a work of art painted by nature itself.

Yellow Ixora is known by different names in different parts of Bangladesh Some also call it Kunchi Phul It is a plant with a bunch of decorative flowers belonging to the Ixora genus which is very popular in Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent Usually this flower is found in red orange and pink colors but this yellow species is comparatively rare and this eye catching plant is usually planted in gardens to enhance its beauty It is also used as a garden border or hedge due to its dense branches and bushy nature These flowers in the picture are not only pleasing to the eye but there is a perfect balance of nature in their composition Each petal blooms in a specific pattern The long flower stalks spreading from the center seem to be scattering small stars in all directions When the sunlight falls on the flower the yellow turns golden A feeling of tranquility arises which is never possible with artificial light While taking photographs I was lost in such a calm gentle scene of nature As if each picture tells its own story No matter how many times I click with the camera it is not possible to fully capture that beauty of the eyes Still I have left some impression of effort in the pictures.

This afternoon was not just a photography session for me it was a silent dialogue with nature The smell of flowers the sound of birds the light breeze all together are like a living poem Yellow Jarul is not only famous for its beauty many times this flower is used in religious or social events Especially during puja parvan or to decorate the entrance of the house garlands or bunches of this flower are used Moreover bees come to collect honey from this flower so this plant is environmentally friendly and helpful in pollination In the midst of our busy daily life we forget nature But this nature there is a silent poem hidden in it a wonderful saga of colors I have highlighted some lines of that poem in this picture of Yellow Jarul and in my memory this afternoon was not just about seeing a flower but was a time to surrender ourselves to nature The more we listen to this silent call of nature the more our mind will become pure and our soul will become generous.
