Necessary materialsPotato 300 grams. Tomato 180 grams. Beans 500 grams. Onion 120 grams. Garlic 50 grams. Onion leaves 150 grams. Soybean oil 80 grams. Salt Turmeric powder Spices as required.

Here, first I cleaned the onion leaves thoroughly and chopped them with a knife.

Then I cleaned all the ingredients of potatoes, onions, and garlic thoroughly.


Here I have cut off the ends of the beans and cleaned them and removed the scales. And here I have shown a selfie.

Then here I have washed all the materials thoroughly with clean water and am trying to take pictures of all the materials together.

Here I have cut all the necessary ingredients, including the potatoes, into nice sizes.

Here first I have added soybean oil in the pan as per the quantity. Later I have added onion, green chilli and spices. Then I have added onion slices. I have mixed it well and added turmeric salt along with the necessary spices. Then I have mixed it well with potatoes. Let us follow the next step.

Here I first added the beans to the curry and mixed them well.

Later, I mixed it well with light water.

Then I put the lid back on and simmered it for about five minutes until it was half cooked.

Here I have added 200 ml of water and mixed all the necessary ingredients well and then proceeded to cook the tomatoes.

Then, I covered it with a lid and finished cooking it on low heat in the oven for ten minutes.েছি।
