‎>As a popular food in Bangladesh, we usually eat tomatoes. Especially this tomato vegetable, rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants, is beneficial for the human body. Among the antioxidants, lycopene protects against various infections including heart problems. We are Bengalis who eat rice every month, so we like fish very much. I encourage my family to eat fish once a day. Because it contains a lot of meat. It also contains protein, vitamins and minerals. Fish helps control my family's weight and also improves eyesight. So let's encourage our family to eat fish. Buy fresh fish from the market every day and cook it in different styles to keep the family healthy.

Here I present to you all the necessary materials and names.

Mustard paste
5 green chillies
120 grams onion
450 grams rui fish
250 grams tomato
As much salt
As much turmeric powder
As much chili powder
As much garlic powder
As much coriander leaves
As much spice powder
As much cream
100 grams soybean oil
As much ginger powder
A piece of lemon

Step by step fish curry making tutorial

First, I gathered the necessary ingredients. Then, after cleaning the fish into nice sizes, I cut them with a knife. And mixed them well with the right amount of salt.

Next, I mixed the salt well and added a generous amount of turmeric. Again, I mixed all the ingredients well.

After mixing all the ingredients well. Here I have added lemon juice. Of course, adding lemon juice gives a beautiful different flavor to the fish. I have mixed it well again with lemon juice.

Then, I lightly fried the fish pieces with a generous amount of soybean oil.

You can see that our Rui fish is beautifully fried. I have made a very beautiful fry recipe. Surely you can also agree with the delicious food or join in the cooking together.

Next, I added the onion ingredients again along with the oil. Then, I mixed them well and lightly fried them. Then, I added the garlic paste, ginger paste, and green chili paste and mixed them well.

In these two steps, I added a generous amount of salt and turmeric and mixed all the necessary ingredients well.

Next, I washed the mustard and put it in the blender. After blending it well, I strained the mustard paste and separated the juice into a bowl.

Next, I mixed all the ingredients together to make a light reddish color. Then, I added the mustard paste and mixed it well.

I then added three pieces of green chilies to give the curry a nice flavor. Next, I mixed it well with 200 grams of water and gave it a light heat.

Here, first I cooked the fish and mixed it well. And with light hits, I made the fish nice and juicy. Later, I cut the tomatoes into nice sizes, washed them with clean water and put them in the pan.

Later I added coriander leaves and heated it for about ten minutes. Then I added spices by mixing lightly. Then I heated it again for five minutes and removed it from the stove. So now let's present today's recipe through beautiful decoration.
