Saludos amigos, como se me encuentran ???, espero que muy bien. No hay nada mejor y mas beneficioso amigos que trabajar nuestra mente, espititu y cuerpo conectados para fortalecernos y recargar energias, esas que debido a los problemas, preocupaciones en muchas circunstancias las sentimos bien bajotas, y nos llevan a situaciones negativas para nosostros como la depresion, tristeza, amarguras. Es de vital importancia amigos fortalecernos, dedicarnos unos minutos ya que solo asi vamos a poder ser fuertes para enfrentar las situaciones que se nos presenten, recuerda debemos darnos prioridad por nosotros y nuestra familia.
Después de mi rutina de ejercicios del día de hoy, tome unos minutos para meditar frente al mar, es increíble como nos conectamos de una forma tan especial con la inmensidad de la naturaleza, donde el sentimiento de agradecimiento por ese momento esta a flor de piel, así mismo como la sensación de que no estamos solos, y que podemos salir adelante, que dejemos fluir todo así como lo hacen las olas, a su ritmo natural.

Greetings friends, how are you feeling, I hope very well. There is nothing better and more beneficial friends to work our mind, spititu and body connected to strengthen and recharge energies, those that due to the problems, concerns in many circumstances we feel very low, and lead us to negative situations for us as depression, sadness, bitterness. It is of vital importance to strengthen ourselves, to dedicate a few minutes to ourselves because only in this way we will be able to be strong to face the situations that we face, remember we must give priority to ourselves and our family.
After my exercise routine today, I took a few minutes to meditate in front of the sea, it is incredible how we connect in such a special way with the immensity of nature, where the feeling of gratitude for that moment is at the surface, as well as the feeling that we are not alone, and that we can move forward, that we let everything flow just as the waves do, at their natural rhythm.

Amiga te felicito por esa constancia con el ejercicio, eso fortalece cuerpo y mente. Nada mejor que estar cerca del mar para sentir la brisa marina y contemplar las maravillas de la naturaleza.
