Estamos de asueto por la semana santa, para muchos es el tiempo de ir a visitar las playas, para otros asistir a las actividades a la iglesia, descansar en casa, o disfrutar de sus pasiones, como lo hago yo que salgo a disfrutar de lo que tanto me gusta trotar, y a primeras horas de la mañana donde tengo la bendicion de contemplar hermosos amaneceres costeños. Los colores de los amaneceres son una bendicion poder contemplarlos,es algo realmente magico ver esos colores tan hermosos y perfectos en el cielo. Hoy tuve esa gran bendicion, el amanecer estaba perfecto con un mar tranquilo brillante, un cielo que comenzaba a despejarse por los primeros rayos del sol. Respirar esta aire tan fresco, puro, y contemplar este paisaje si que me hace sentirme bendecida, cargandome de esta forma con muy buenas energias, y mucho agradecimiento por tener salud, y levantarme hacer ejercicio y contemplar tan hermoso paisaje. Disfrutemos de cada regalo de la naturaleza, y cuidemosla en este tiempo de vacaciones.💕🌸.

For many, it’s a time to visit the beaches; for others, it’s a time to attend church services, relax at home, or enjoy their hobbies—just like I do, as I head out to enjoy what I love so much: jogging. And in the early morning hours, I’m blessed with the chance to witness beautiful coastal sunrises. The colors of the sunrises are a blessing to behold; it’s truly magical to see those beautiful, perfect colors in the sky. Today I had that great blessing—the sunrise was perfect, with a calm, sparkling sea and a sky that was beginning to clear as the first rays of the sun broke through. Breathing in this fresh, pure air and taking in this scenery truly makes me feel blessed, filling me with such positive energy and deep gratitude for my health, for being able to get up, exercise, and admire such a beautiful landscape. Let’s enjoy every gift from nature and take care of it during this holiday season.💕🌸
