My favorite sight in Havana. DAY 5 HiveAroundTheWorld [ENG/ESP]

Havana's Malecón, almost 8 kilometers long, offers the most beautiful view of Havana Bay. I love walking along it at dawn or dusk when the sun is softer. I can enjoy the breeze, the sound of the waves, and watch the various fishermen who, while entertaining themselves, can take home a catch for the day's meal.

It's also a meeting place, where couples swear eternal love, groups of friends celebrate important moments, and young people spend hours talking, listening to music, or singing with guitar in hand.

I have the privilege of gazing at the Malecón from my balcony. It's a beautiful view, where the sea and sky have an intense blue color that captivates me from dawn.

The sunsets from here are different spectacles every day; they are fleeting and unrepeatable. There are afternoons where the sunset is serene and peaceful, but others have very intense red and yellow colors, as if there were fire in the sky, leaving me in awe, and quickly, almost breathless, I take the photos so they will remain forever.

Another of the beautiful views it gives me is after the rain, when the sun peeks its rays and rainbows appear as if by magic. Yes, sometimes they give me two at once. How beautiful! They look like colorful bridges that connect the sea with the land, giving us a walk through the sky. I always stand gazing at them until they disappear in a matter of seconds.

When @hivecreator asked us to share our favorite public place on Day 5 of the #hivearoundtheworld challenge, I thought of the Havana Malecón without hesitation.

El Malecón de la Habana con sus casi 8 kilómetros de largo, nos regala el escenario más hermoso de la bahía habanera, me encanta recorrerlo al amanecer o al atardecer cuando el sol está más suave, así puedo disfrutar de la brisa, del sonido de las olas y ver a varios pescadores que a la vez que se distraen pueden llevar a casa algún pescado para la comida del día.

Es también un lugar de encuentros, las parejas de enamorados se juran amor eterno, los grupos de amigos celebran momentos importantes, los jóvenes pasan horas hablando, escuchando música o cantando con guitarra en mano.

Tengo la dicha de contemplar el Malecón desde mi balcón, es una vista muy hermosa, donde el mar y el cielo me sorprende cada día con un color azul intenso que me enamora desde el amanecer.

Los atardeceres desde aquí son espectáculos diferentes cada día, son fugaces e irrepetibles. Hay tardes donde la puesta de sol es serena y apacible, pero otras tienen colores rojos y amarillos muy intensos como si hubiera fuego en el firmamento que me dejan asombrada y, rápidamente casi sin poder respirar, tomo las fotos para que queden por siempre.

Otra de las bellas vistas que me regala es después de la lluvia, cuando el sol asoma sus rayos y aparecen como por arte de magia los arcoíris, sí, a veces me regalan 2 a la vez, qué belleza, tales parecen puentes de colores que unen el mar con la tierra para darnos un paseo por el cielo, siempre me quedo contemplándolos hasta que desaparecen en cuestiones de segundos.

Cuando @hivecreator nos pide que compartamos nuestro lugar público favorito en el Día 5 del reto #hivearoundtheworld, sin dudarlo pensé en el Malecón Habanero.
