Saludos a todos esos hivers que día a día le siguen sumando valor a nuestro ecosistema
#hive, hoy les comparto mi post para que vean que siempre, aunque las cosas no salgan como las deseamos, siempre podremos contar con buenos amigos que nos seguimos apoyando.
Ayer en la mañana nos reunimos el equipo de
#lacasitahive con la finalidad de reprogramar todas las actividades que quedaron pendientes esta semana, y que tuvimos que reprogramar para los próximos días, todos tuvimos que tomarnos unos días para respirar y analizar la situación, sabemos que es algo difícil, pero jamás nos vamos a rendir.
El proyecto de
#lacasitahive nació por la necesidad existente en nuestro estado Sucre-Venezuela de que se difunda nuestro ecosistema, quizás muchos lo desconocen, pero en la actualidad en nuestro estado ni siquiera el 1% de nuestra población conoce al ecosistema hive, por lo que nos hemos puesto como meta educar a nuestra población en materia de
#hive, claro no significa que sea la única actividad que realizamos, está semana nos tomamos un descanso obligatorio, aunque nunca hemos dejado de trabajar.
Esta reunión nos sirvió, primero, para establecer nuestras nuevas metas, pero para esto se hizo necesario reconocer las limitaciones que tenemos hoy en día, de esta manera podremos trabajar más organizados, también delegamos responsabilidades a cada uno de los miembros del equipo y lograr de esta forma equilibrar las responsabilidades, y luego nos fijamos el método de trabajo.
Debo decir que me encantó esta reunión, porque no faltaron las risas, me encantó ver las ocurrencias de
@ljtorres2, que hacen de nuestras reuniones algo muy ameno, porque no todo puede ser trabajo, y como nuestro equipo no tiene recursos para meternos en un lugar y consumir, aplicamos el plan de emergencia, ja, ja, ja, es decir compramos un refresco, un paquete de galletas de coco con chocolate cortesía de nuestra amiga
@ljtorres2 y además otras galletas cortesía de
@kirogames, si quizás muchos se reirán de esto, pero déjenme decirles que no hay nada más delicioso que compartir lo que tenemos con personas que te valoran de verdad, no somos un grupo que se reúne a criticar, ni a destruir a nadie, nos reunimos siempre con la firme intención de seguir el trabajo que hemos iniciado hace ya un tiempo.

@omairita es a no detenernos, esas dos mujeres son el motor que me impulsa a mi y a otros miembros del equipo a seguir trabajando, siempre que he estado a punto de tirar la toalla, me parece escucharlas diciéndome, sigue, no te pares, por eso sigo, y no me voy a rendir, quiero seguir trabajando por este ecosistema del cual me siento parte y como socia que soy de él, quiero seguir trabajando para lograr la masificación en mi estado Sucre-Venezuela que tanta falta le hace, la casita no se detiene, y pronto venimos con más sorpresas.
Es todo por ahora en mi próximo post les traeremos nuevas noticias y más actividades divertidas en nuestra comunidad, no dejes de visitarnos, y recuerden interactuar con los demás hivers, y recuerden que son todos bienvenidos a esta tu casita la casita de todos.

Yesterday morning we met the
#lacasitahive team in order to reschedule all the activities that were pending this week, and that we had to reschedule for the next few days, we all had to take a few days to breathe and analyze the situation, we know it's something difficult but we will never give up.
The
#lacasitahive project was born because of the existing need in our state Sucre-Venezuela to spread our ecosystem, perhaps many are unaware of it, but currently in our state not even 1% of our population knows the hive ecosystem, so we have set as a goal to educate our population on
#hive, of course it does not mean that it is the only activity we do, this week we take a mandatory break, although we have never stopped working.
This meeting served us, first to establish our new goals, but for this it was necessary to recognize the limitations we have today, this way we can work more organized, we also delegated responsibilities to each of the team members and achieve in this way to balance the responsibilities, and then we set the working methods.
I must say that I loved this meeting, because there was no lack of laughter, I loved to see the occurrences of lj, which make our meetings something very enjoyable, because not everything can be work, and as our team does not have resources to get into a place and consume, we apply the emergency plan, hahaha, we bought a soda, a pack of coconut cookies with chocolate courtesy of our friend

@kirogames, yes maybe many will laugh at this, but let me tell you that there is nothing more delicious than sharing what we have with people who truly value you, we are not a group that meets to criticize, or to destroy anyone, we always meet with the firm intention to continue the work we have started some time ago.

@omairita is not to stop, those two women are the engine that drives me and other members of the team to continue working, whenever I have been about to throw in the towel, I seem to hear them telling me, keep going, do not stop, that's why I continue, and I will not give up, I want to continue working for this ecosystem of which I feel part and as a partner that I am of it, I want to continue working to achieve the massification in my state Sucre-Venezuela that is so lacking, the little house does not stop, and soon we will come with more surprises.
