The Mongoose - Animal Series
From my animal drawing series, I present to you one of the fierce and dangerous wildlife creature out there.
Have you seen a mongoose before? Do you know about them?
They've got amazing characteristics that differentiate them from most creatures in the wildlife. They are noted for their audacious attacks on highly venomous snakes and even other bigger animals.
I once watched this creature fighting it out with a cobra. The cobra strangled it and tried to kill it but was unable. It got freed and attacked the cobra back. Despite the venoms the cobro inflicted on it, it didn't affect the mongoose - I read they are immune to vemons. The mongoose finally killed the king cobra and dragged it into a nearby bush to devour.

Yup I am happy not to have any near me :-0. Then again we do have bears here :-) (but they have a friendly look....they ain't, but they look friendly). I say "we", but I live in a big city so I have to exclude myself (I see pigeons, alley cats and stuff :-D)
Not sure I could stand to face a bear, hehe...especially with its fierce face and huge body. Those claws of it would be deadly as well.
Fast enough to be snake predators. Like rikki-tikki-tavi. You did really well at capturing this. Have you ever seen one?
I was terrified looking at this picture and can imagine that it's just my imagination kicking into action after seeing this.
Hahaha, please don't be! It's merely a sketch😄😄....and they don't look that big like a lion in real life.
Hahaha that's just an analogy because of course I'm afraid of wild animals. Moreover, I've never seen one in person.
